Purpose

White, ecological, highly concentrated paint for marking lines on football pitches and tennis courts. For application on natural, artificial and hybrid grass and clay courts. The paint is environmentally friendly, does not prevent grass growth, is hypoallergenic for athletes. Can be used in roller and spray carts.

Substrate preparation

Painted grass should be dry, turf mown. Clay dry with humidity up to 10%.

How to use

The package contains concentrated paint, intended for dilution. Shake the canister thoroughly before use. For the first marking of the turf, dilute the paint with water in a ratio of 1:3 (1 liter of paint: 3 liters of water). Subsequent markings are made with paint diluted in a ratio of 1:5 (1 liter of paint: 5 liters of water). Dilute before pouring into the machine. Apply the paint using a roller or spray cart with a sprayer. For optimal results, it is recommended to paint the line from two sides, in one direction and back. After marking, wash the device thoroughly with water, do not allow the paint to dry in the tank. The coating hardens after approximately 3 hours from the application of the last layer.

Application recommendations

Do not paint on wet grass. The paint dries by evaporation of water, so painting wet grass significantly extends the drying process. Pay attention to the appropriate trimming of the turf before marking.

Optimal drying conditions are assumed to be a relative humidity of 60% and an air temperature of +20°C. The preparation, application and drying of the paint should take place at an air temperature from +5°C to +25°C and with stable air humidity. The temperature of the substrate should be +5°C to +25°C. Low temperature, increased humidity extend the drying time of the paint.

After finishing painting, tools and hands should be washed with running water, bearing in mind that cleaning is difficult after the paint has dried. A 15 kg package of SPORTLINE+ paint concentrate is sufficient for an average of 5 markings of the lines of a full-size football pitch.

The actual consumption of paint depends, among other things, on the condition of the turf, weather conditions, the condition of the equipment used for marking and the experience of the person responsible for marking lines.
